Where to begin! I have an overactive visual brain and find beauty in so many forms, from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Colour and pattern are what I’m fundamentally drawn to, from packaging in overseas supermarkets to the geometrics on ancient Cretan pots! I said it was varied! Then there are markets,I love a market! From a roadside vegetable stall to a crowded vintage flea market full of fabrics and ephemera, it’s the hunt for the unexpected that excites me. I’ve always had a camera or notebook on hand to document these moments of inspiration, keeping them safe not quite knowing when they will be used.
