Standard UK Delivery
Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.50; orders over £20 are delivered free of charge.
Provided your items are in stock, we aim to deliver your order within 5 days. We'll let you know if there are any delays.
Depending on your order, we may use different couriers to deliver:
- Standard delivery: sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Next day delivery (order before 2pm): £7.50, sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24
Please note: orders placed on Friday before 2pm for Next Day delivery are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery and will usually arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday for Next Day delivery will arrive on Tuesday.

Returns
We hope you're delighted with your order. But if something isn't quite right — whether it's not what you expected or arrived faulty — don't worry, we're happy to help.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, we'd be grateful if you could let us know within 24 hours of receiving your item that you'd like to return it — though this doesn't affect your legal right to cancel within 14 days of receipt.

- The item you'd like to return
- The reason for the return
- Whether you'd prefer a refund or a replacement

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items to us.
If a product is faulty, we'll cover all postage costs and either refund or exchange it. If you're returning a faulty item from overseas, please contact us at studio@petraboase.com.
If you're returning an item that isn't faulty, we're unable to refund the cost of returning it to us or the original postage — we'll only refund the cost of the item itself.
Before returning any item, please make sure it's in the same condition as when you received it. Take reasonable care to package it safely so it isn't damaged in transit, and include the original packaging where possible.
