Valentine Vegan Love Choc Bar

Jenny always spoils the team with her sweet vegan treats and her nutty, fruity chocolate bar is utterly deliclous, ever so slightly healthy and everyone’s favourite! She kindly shared her recipe below for you all to try. I used a La parfait retro jar to pop the finished chocolate shards in and will use our tissue paper and ric rac for the final wrapping, not forgetting a love choc patch token tied to the jar.
You Will Need:
120g Blonde chocolate drops
120g Dark chocolate drops
120g Milk chocolate drops
Toppings of choice:
Pistachio,walnuts,cashew nuts,flaked alminds,cranberries,hemp seeds, freeze dried raspberry crumbs and any super food eg matcha powder.
How to:
Line a flat base tin or baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt each chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir and then repeat for another 30 seconds.
Dollop each chocolate on to the parchment and marble with the end of a cocktail stick or scewer.
Sprinkle over the chosen toppings, leave to cool. Once fully cooled break into shards and wrap or store in your chosen way.
