I’m always on the lookout for free seasonal blooms, and the first sighting of catkins always gives me that feeling that spring is around the corner.
Easy to forage you can cut the branches while the catkins are still young as once steeped in a vase of water they will continue to bloom. Then, add a selection of our colourful clip on birds and you will instantly be transported to spring.
